CONTEXT
The Advanced Education Research and Development Fund (AERDF) fuels scientific research to reshape PreK-12 education, especially for Black and Latino learners and those experiencing poverty. With a lean team, AERDF sought hands-on support for leader selection, community engagement, and large-scale facilitation.
